The Spring Grove Flying Dragons, Special Dragons group is a martial arts group geared toward people with special needs. We mix motor skills games in with the martial arts techniques. We feature martial arts moves and instruction that make the classes so much fun, the students won't realize how good they are for their balance and muscle tone.
